AARON W BRONNER, O.D., F.A.A.O., Dipl. A.A.O

Born and raised in Boise, Dr. Bronner graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2007 and completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-management at Davis Duehr Dean in Madison, Wisconsin. He then returned to the Northwest, where he spent 18 years providing specialized eye care in ophthalmic surgical practices in Boise and Kennewick, Washington, caring for patients with complex eye diseases and surgical histories.

Dr. Bronner is a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. He was the first optometrist in the nation to earn Diplomate status in Anterior Segment Disease through the American Academy of Optometry. His professional honors include recognition by Newsweek as one of America’s Top 300 Eye Doctors in 2021 and inclusion in Primary Care Optometry News’ Top 250 Innovators in Eye Care in 2016.

Passionate about education, Dr. Bronner has served as adjunct faculty for Pacific University College of Optometry and has helped train optometry students and residents. He has delivered more than 100 hours of continuing education lectures and authored over 50 journal articles, magazine articles, and textbook chapters.

In 2026, Dr. Bronner joined Intermountain Eye Center and is proud to serve patients throughout the Treasure Valley. He provides comprehensive eye care for patients with conditions including glaucoma, diabetes-related eye disease, inflammatory eye disorders, cataracts, corneal disease, and post-surgical eye care, while also enjoying routine eye examinations and preventive care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Bronner enjoys spending time with his wife wonderful, Becky, and their two children, Zoë and Liam.
